What to Expect
these retreats are designed as a pause from overstimulation and constant doing, giving space to reconnect with what feels real underneath everything else.
You can expect a blend of guided group experiences and quiet personal time. Some parts will be structured, like workshops and embodied practices, while other parts are intentionally open so your nervous system can settle and integrate without pressure.
Days may include movement-based grounding, reflective journaling, creative expression, and shared circles where people may speak openly.
There’s also space for solitude, rest, walks, and simply being without needing to “process everything correctly.” The retreat is as much about unwinding as it is about insight.
