what is the alignment project?
The Alignment Project is a creative project that explores intentional living through retreats, writing, and practical tools.
It’s designed for people who are doing a lot such as building careers, businesses, or creative work—but feel mentally or emotionally overloaded and want to step back, regain clarity, and move forward in a more intentional way.
It also brings people together who are experiencing similar levels of burnout or transition, creating space for connection and shared understanding.
A.L.I.G.N FRAMEWORK
The Alignment Project is built on five core philosophies that help guide a more intentional, creative, and fulfilling life. These will be the framework for the retreats.
A — Act
Life changes through action, not intention alone. Clarity often comes after movement, not before it. Taking small, consistent steps toward what matters creates momentum and builds confidence.
Practices: Act • Create • Move
L — Listen
Create space to hear yourself beneath the noise of daily life. Through stillness, meditation, and self-awareness, learn to trust your intuition, your body, and your inner wisdom.
Practices: Meditate • Reflect • Write
I — Integrate
Alignment happens when your values, actions, mind, body, and creativity work together. Living in alignment means becoming the same person on the inside that you are on the outside.
Practices: Move • Create • Act
G — Grow
Growth requires curiosity, reflection, and a willingness to evolve. Every challenge, success, and experience has something to teach us if we are willing to learn from it.
Practices: Reflect • Write • Create
N — Nurture
A meaningful life is built through connection—with yourself, your creativity, your community, and the people you love. What you nurture grows.
Practices: Connect • Create • Reflect
The Seven Core Practices
Create — Express yourself through art, creativity, and making.
Reflect — Develop self-awareness through contemplation and honest reflection.
Move — Honor your body through movement and physical wellbeing.
Act — Take intentional steps toward the life you want to create.
Meditate — Cultivate stillness, presence, and connection to your inner world.
Write — Clarify your thoughts, process experiences, and capture ideas.
Connect — Build meaningful relationships and contribute to your community.
